Canoe Routes

This section of the website, Canoe Routes, is a new work in progress for me in 2025. My intentions are to show some of the different routes we have had led to some awesome backcountry trips. I will present some route ideas and some of the planning that went into selecting them. For the most part, maps are available for purchase to plan your route and bring with you for proper navigation. For other areas, the maps available were not sufficient for navigation or were not available as they involved crown land. This did not stop us, we made our own maps by utilizing Federal/Provincial mapping data from online sources and made our own maps. I also would like to add some of the food dehydrating prepping we do for these trips. Food menus are easy for a quick two to four day trip but what about when you are going on one up to one or two week trips? Also, this section I will add some of the candid photos taking along our journeys.
